How can I use your services?
You can fill out the application form on our website, contact us via WhatsApp, or visit our office. Your services become active the same day after signing the contract.
What are the payment methods?
We accept bank transfer and credit card payments. Invoices are issued monthly and include VAT.
Can the contract be cancelled?
Service continues until the end of the contract period. At the end of the contract, you can choose to renew or terminate. We recommend reviewing the contract terms for details.
Can I visit?

Virtual Office
What is a virtual office?
A virtual office is a solution that allows you to benefit from services such as a prestigious business address, phone line, mail and cargo tracking without needing a physical office. It can be legally used for company establishment and tax office registration.
Is a virtual office legal?
Yes, virtual office service is completely legal. You can use a virtual office address for trade registry, tax office registration and company establishment. We provide fully compliant service.
Can I establish a company with a virtual office?
Yes, you can establish a limited company, joint stock company and sole proprietorship with our virtual office address. We provide the necessary official documents.
What is the contract period?
Our virtual office contracts have a minimum 12-month (annual) term. The annual package's monthly equivalent price is on average 25-40% more advantageous than the monthly flexible rate.
How long does setup take?
Your office address becomes active on the same day after signing the contract. It is a fast and practical process.
How is my mail and cargo tracked?
Mail and cargo sent to your address are tracked by our secretary. You will be notified about incoming items and can pick them up at any time or request forwarding.
Ready Office
How much do ready offices cost?
Our ready office prices are custom-set based on office size (10-39 m²), team headcount (1-10 people), contract duration (6 or 12 months) and included service scope. When can I move into a ready office?
You can move into your office the same day or next day after signing the contract. Offices are furnished and ready to use.
What is the contract period?
We have a minimum 6-month contract. Monthly rent is more advantageous with 12-month contracts. We offer flexible options based on your needs.
Can I bring additional furniture?
Yes, you can bring your own furniture or equipment. Electrical and internet infrastructure is ready in all offices.
How do invoices and expenses work?
Cleaning, shared area usage and security are included in the rent.
Can I use the meeting room?
Yes, ready office tenants can use meeting rooms free of charge within a monthly hourly quota. Additional hours are available at reasonable rates.
Meeting Room
How much do meeting rooms cost?
Transparent hourly rates (VAT excluded): 4-person small meeting room 1,000 TL/hour (half-day 4,000 TL, full-day 8,000 TL); 10-person large meeting room 2,000 TL/hour (half-day 8,000 TL, full-day 16,000 TL). Half-day and full-day packages come with 20-25% discounts over the hourly rate. All rooms include projector, Wi-Fi, smart board and refreshments. Virtual Office Professional and Premium package clients receive free use within their monthly quotas.
How do I reserve a meeting room?
You can make a reservation via phone, WhatsApp or contact form. Let's determine the available times together.
What equipment is in the meeting room?
Smart board, projector, high-speed Wi-Fi and tea/coffee/water are included as standard.
What capacity meeting rooms are available?
We have rooms of different capacities from 2-person one-on-one meeting rooms to 20-person seminar rooms.
Can I get catering during the meeting?
Yes, if you request in advance, sandwich, cookie and special catering packages can be prepared.
Can virtual office clients use at a discount?
Yes, our Virtual Office Professional package clients have 5 hours of free meeting room usage per month. Special discounts also apply to our ready office tenants.
